We made sure they’re using location id and institution name as defined in oils_sip. We had a configuration issue where it was being pointed to the replicated database but we fixed that as it was throwing read only errors. Our support vendor did have to rebuild the vm that runs SIP during the upgrade.

I pulled the logs from our work session with Bibliotheca on Friday and the sessions are ending with a status 0 signal 14 after sending an ‘end patron session’. It all looks fine as far as I can see but I also don’t know what the Bibliotheca codes are supposed to be or how that is determined in Evergreen. 

I’m not sure what else to check at this point.

We're using accounts that are part of the SIP permission group. It's not part of Staff because then it would inherit additional permissions.
