Why, though?: Long story, but it comes down to the deprecation of Maliman 2.1 and bad Ubuntu packaging of its successor, Mailman 3. We can process membership and/or moderation requests manually, so just email me directly if you need something that can't wait a few more days. All the Evergreen committees have links to their respective lists on the Evergreen website here: https://evergreen-ils.org/communicate/committees/ and none of the links appear to work today.

Found this when trying to review moderated messages that needed to be forwarded to the CatIG list -- and I do not see the lists at all.
