The rights were transferred to the project several years back. The board has simply never gotten around to updating the language on that page. I think it would be fairly straight forward but isn't really part of the Outreach umbrella. There is a copyright / trademark group of the board that had been led by Chris Sharp. I don't know who is currently in charge of that. I will bring it up to the board. The Trademark Policy <https://evergreen-ils.org/trademark-policy/> page still has references to the Software Freedom Conservancy and a note that the policy was last modified September 2012.
Has there been an update since then to replace the Conservancy's trademark rights -- or is that still in flux?
