[Board] Slack for TEP

Hi,

As an action arising from the initial meeting of the Strategic Plan
Implementation Committee today, I've signed TEP up for a free Slack plan so
that the committee can have a persistent chat workspace for its work.  I
would also like to sign TEP up for the Pro plan, which would be free for up
to 250 users at the nonprofit discount [

The initial purpose is to allow committee members without evergreen-ils.org
email addresses to more readily join the Slack workspace, though of course
other uses of Slack are possible.

This action is primarily meant to facilitate the work of the committee; it
is not meant to prejudge any discussion about alternatives or replacements
for IRC for broader community discussions.

Given the $0 cost, I do not think that this rises to the level of
necessarily requiring a formal board vote, but if there are any objections,
please feel free to raise them.
