[Evergreen-dev] Launchpad Tracker for Collaborative Code Review

Hello all,

Some of you know this and some don't. I've started maintaining a list of
pullrequested LP tickets as a reference. My point in doing this was to
track what was happening in LP and how I might bring something useful to
the collaborative code review hosted by Jane Sandberg (thanks as always).

At the most recent code review, I hadn't yet updated the tracking
spreadsheet after the flurry of activity leading up to the monthly
maintenance releases of 3.12.9, 3.13.6, and 3.14.1. I've now updated the
list, and it is accurate insofar as I, a human prone to mistakes, can make
it and considering the dynamic nature of Launchpad.

It's currently viewable to anyone with the link, but if there's some reason
you'd like to edit it, just let me know. Also, please note that I do
compare this with LP regularly but not constantly so there will be times
when it hasn't yet caught up with reality.
