Evergreen Board Members,

I am forwarding the results of an accessibility audit that the Center for
Inclusive Design and Innovation (CIDI) recently completed on the web staff
client. The tests were conducted on a PINES test server. We were happy to
see overall good results but there are some items that the community will
want to consider. Please note that there are two attachments with results
as well as a video embedded in the forwarded email below. Please consider
convening a group from the community to review the results and discuss how
to remediate some of the problem areas. This audit was paid with a grant
from the Georgia ADA coordinator's office.

Respectfully,

Elizabeth

Good afternoon, Elizabeth.

Attached is the completed Evergreen application accessibility evaluation.
The attached evaluation reports include the following:

· A spreadsheet with a listing of WCAG 2.0/2.1 success criteria
issues identified on each evaluated web page, impact of the issue on users,
level of effort to fix, and recommendations.

· A report containing an Executive Summary and WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA
Success Criteria conformance, detailed samples of issues identified for
each Success Criteria out of conformance, and impact to users and
recommendations for remediation.

· A brief supplemental video available within the attached PDF as a
hyperlink that provides many of the User Testing findings including
barriers found while navigating the website with assistive technology (AT).
The same video can also be accessed via the following link: Georgia
Evegreen Application Accessibility Video

.

The goal of the information included in the report is to assist with the
prioritization of issues to be remediated. The impact of the issue is rated
on how much of a barrier the respective issues pose, along with the
pervasiveness of the issues throughout the application. The level of effort
is based on the reviewer's knowledge of recommendations to remediate the
issues.

Let us know if you or your team have any additional questions regarding the
attached reports. Thanks.

Kind regards,
