[Board] EG 2020 Conference budget & sponsorship prospectus

I'm sorry, I don't think I answered this question - we will get 1 comped
room for every 50 rooms, plus we will get 5 complimentary room upgrades
from a standard room to a King Suite. We could certainly use 2 of the
comped rooms for the two USG people to save money there. (Note, I've been
using BOR, but it's more appropriate to say USG.)
