[Board] Acknowledgements for sponsors of the online conference

Hi,

>From today's meeting of the online conference committee, I would like to
mention that they are proposing the following means of acknowledging
sponsors of Zoom and captioning services:

* social media acknowledgements on Twitter and Facebook
* during the introduction to the conference on the first day of the event,
prior to the keynote address
* inclusion of name and logo on a sponsorship page on the website
* mention on YouTube video descriptions when the sessions are ultimately
uploaded to the Evergreen YouTube channel
* on a card that will be displayed on Zoom prior to each session; these
cards will also be used to announce each upcoming conference
* Possibly embedded in the captioning; the feasibility of this is being
investigated.

This is comparable to past practice for the in-person conference.  I'm not
sure that this requires a formal board vote to approve, but I did want to
give folks a heads-up.
