[Board] August Hack-A-Way Update

Short update but a lot is going on.  We have a sponsor, Emerald Data.
Dates are set for October 26th, 27th, and 28th.  We have a healthy list of
action items that are broken up by volunteer teams and are meeting today to
discuss progress.  Our notes are here:
