[Board] EP Board Election

Hi all,

I would like to iron out some board election details ahead of next week's
meeting.

It looks like we will to fill 2 positions, both for 3 year terms, correct?

I have the Opavote account information from Terran. We will need to pay for
the election if there are more than 25 voters (which I presume there will
be): https://www.opavote.com/pricing

We paid $20 for last year's election.

Here is the timeline I propose:

Call for nominations: Monday, January 20th
Nomination deadline: Friday, February 14th
Nominees announced and voter registration begins: Week of February 17th
Voter registration ends, voting begins: March 2nd
Voting ends: March 20th
Results announced: Weeks of March 30th

That gives 4 weeks for nominations to come in, two weeks for voter
registration, 3 weeks for voting, and a week to compile results. I am open
to other ideas, of course!
