[Board] EP Board Election

Yeah, Holly’s term ending in 2020 was expected and Chris came in on a short term, but we have a 2/3/4 cadence rather than 3/3/3. It’s not a big deal but I do recall there being some discussion about it. Without being able to find anything to the contrary it’s probably safe to assume it was decided that 2/3/4 isn’t a big deal and we just left things as they are.
