[Board] 2020 Online Conference Report

Hi TEP Board,

Attached please find the report of the Online Conference Committee
regarding the 2020 Online Conference. I'll plan to lurk in IRC around
meeting time tomorrow in case there are any questions.

If anyone on the board wants to view full survey results, Galen can share
those with the private board list.

Thanks to everyone who made this happen! I'm really proud of this, it was
truly a community effort.
