[Board] july outreach report

Outreach is having a quiet July after a very hectic June.  Andrea has sent
her notes on the 2020 online conference separately.  Ron wrote and
distributed a press release on the conference.  Internally we had a
discussion about lessons learned from the conference within outreach, which
primarily was that there is a demand for video content.  This is
something we are definitely keeping in mind as we look at future outreach
efforts.
