[Board] Hack-A-Way Sponsorship (folllowup #2)

I'm pleased to announce the sponsor for the Hopin.to platform has confirmed
they can provide it as in-kind so the board won't have to handle
transferring money and making the payment.  With that confirmation, I'm
glad to say that Emerald Data will be the sponsor.  We have not worked out
final details of how they will be acknowledged but it will be in the same
spirit as we provide acknowledgment of sponsorships at the conference.
