[Board] Conf update from BOR

I just received this from Beverly:

I wanted to give you an update.  Christina and I just spoke about the
contract and she and I have decided that she is going to wait until Monday
to talk to them.  There is supposed to be a press conference this afternoon
by the President and also I think the governor.  We are waiting to see what
the outcome of this press conference is before we go to the hotel.  I will
keep you updated, but this will probably not happen until Monday.
