Let’s see if we can get an official vote for the record yet this morning:

I’ll entertain a motion from the EOB/TEP board to approve cancelling the 2020 conference with the limited penalties lists in the latest update from the local planning committee.

Great news - the conference hotel is allowing us to cancel without penalty and without having to commit to a 2022 conference at this point. Phew!

The only things we'll be on the hook for are a few hundred dollars worth of credit card processing fees and supplies (and most of the supplies are things that we can save until next year).

Anna, do you still want to do an official Board vote?

Is everyone okay with me giving Donna the go-ahead to officially send the hotel whatever they need in writing?

Is everyone okay with me sending out a message to the attendees and exhibitors etc.?
