[Board] [Evergreen-conference] EG Conf - Cancellation without penalty

Having received 7 votes in favor, with 1 outstanding vote belonging to the motion seconder and 1 absentee abstention, I’m going to close the vote.  The board is in favor of moving forward with the cancellation and notifying the venue and participants as soon as possible.
