[Board] outreach update

Continuing my tradition of trying to provide updates via email, the
outreach committee is fairly quiet right now.  Plans are still in place to
try to do something for ALA summer but obviously large gatherings in June
are still being evaluated.

The work on the annual report is on schedule.  We anticipate
distributing it only electronically this year though a print ready version
will be available for anyone who wishes to have it printed.
