[Board] Minutes for the Oct 9 meeting

Good afternoon,

I think I'm finished with the minutes from our meeting on Friday, but could
everyone please look over the roll call? The recording doesn't actually
preserve the names of those in the tiles, so there was one person on the
phone who I'm not sure who it was, and I might have mixed up the Chris-es.
:) And of course, if you were there and I missed you, or vice versa, please
let me know. I will be better about taking roll call in the future for any
video calls!

Two: Our motion specified to clear out the Commerce bank account--less an
amount to keep it open. However, later in the meeting during discussion
Galen suggested just closing the account, which would make that portion of
the motion moot. I've added "Commerce bank account" to the New Business
section for Thursday's meeting (

but I just wanted to explain why I had put it there. If there's a more
appropriate place to discuss that, please let me know and I'll edit the
agenda.
