I now have control of TEP's profile on GuideStar and have started work to
fill in some details. At this time I would like to ask that at least two
other board members volunteer to be listed as managers of the profile. In
order to do so, you will need to sign up for a GuideStar account and get
your email address verified, then send me that address.

Upon looking at the profile steps, we can readily meet the conditions to
get a Silver "seal" on GuideStar. Getting Gold would require additional
work as a board to set a strategic plan and define metrics for success,
while Platinum status would require gathering numeric metrics and obtaining
an external evaluation of our progress.

Once we're happy with the first pass at our GuideStar profile, it looks
like applying for Amazon Smile should be straightforward.
