[Board] Outreach update

Mike Risher is our most recent spotlight.  A press release is in the works
for the Hack-A-Way.  Work is well underway on WIKI cleanup though we
anticipate this project being measured in months not weeks.  Some issues
are overlapping with the website which there is also a strong desire to
update.  An overhaul isn't viable at this time though it may get some
targeted improvements.  Work on the annual report will begin next month and
many thanks to GA PINES for supplying photos of staff at work in the time
of COVID at Evergreen libraries that will be very useful.
