[Board] hack-a-way update

We have not only dates, October 26th - 28th but also a registration site.

As of this writing, we have approximately thirty registrations.  The
registration will be promoted again within the community next week.  After
that, a press release and wider promotion via email lists and social media
will go out.  We are currently working on some materials to help attendees
become familiar with the platform.
