[Board] Site selection for next year's conference

Hi,

As a data point, one of the questions on the post-conference survey for
attendees that will be sent out tomorrow seeks to gauge interest in online
vs. in-person events. A summary of the survey responses will be available
in time for the 6/17 board meeting.

I believe that the standing conference committee is mostly self-starting,
but I do think that the board needs to weigh in on the question of doing an
online vs. an in-person conference for 2022 (or perhaps some combination
thereof).
