[Board] Updated governance page

Hi all,

Just a heads up that I've updated our Governance page:

I scooted Jason, Jessica and Anna to the previous members list, added Lynn,
Joe and Katie to the current members, and updated the officers listing. I
also updated that meetings currently happen via Google Meet (it still said
IRC on freenode).

If I've misspelled your name or I need to fix anything, just let me know.
