[Board] Outreach monthly update

Good morning,

A brief Outreach board update.  I will not be able to attend the board
meeting today but I welcome any questions on the list here and if there are
any I will try to respond before the meeting.  The Hack-A-Way went well in
October.  We are currently gearing up for the annual report and continuing
with the website redesign as well as our regular activities such as the
community spotlight and press releases including the one for 3.8.
