[Board] Update for 2021-11-18 meeting

Hi,

I double-booked myself and will not be able to attend the meeting, but
here's my update:

- I'll be paying an invoice from our attorney tomorrow
- I've reached out to potential volunteers to lead the 2022 online
conference committee
- I'm working on an updated grant report per the request of SFC
