[Board] Financial reports and draft 990

Hi,

Attached please find the following:

- Our balance sheet as of today
- A report of our financial activity since the beginning of the year.

A couple things to note regarding the activity report:

* Uncategorized sales are conference and pre-conference registrations
imported from Stripe.
* "PayPal sales" are typically donations from individuals

I've also attached drafts of our 990s for board review and feedback.
