[Board] Proposal: reboot community calendar

YES!  I think that would greatly simplify things and be easier to use.

Along those lines, but perhaps a separate conversation, could we also
create a TEP shared drive that we could move all the project shared folders
under?

We have a lot of shared folders which are owned by different individuals
and it would be better to have the project own all the content.
