[Board] Outreach report

Good morning,

We skipped meeting this month as the meeting would have occurred
immediately after the conference and most of us were still in
post-conference catch up mode.

We've welcomed a new member to Outreach, Olivia Scully from Bibliomation.
Recent activity has included posting the videos from the conference and
building a new content queue to help those creating posts for social media
and press releases.  We might have a new member coming on board next month
as well to do the press releases.
