[Board] Outreach update

Good afternoon,

I have a minimal Outreach update for this month.  We are currently
collecting feedback on a survey about the website to inform future
options.  Our November meeting will be at the Hack-A-Way and I anticipate
updates on several projects then.

I do not plan on being at the board meeting today but will be glad to take
any questions the board may have.
