[Board] Outreach update

Good morning,

Monthly Outreach Update -

We have put together a survey for the website that we will finalize at the
next meeting and then share with the community.  You can see a preview of

We have been spotty on press releases lately and Andrea has agreed to pick
up the duty for more consistent releases.

We are also reviewing social media and project management tools to
streamline operations. Related to this we are hoping to recruit 2-4
additional members so anyone who knows of someone that would like to get
involved in the community please let me know.

We are working on a proposal for ALA next summer.

The Hack-A-Way is fast approaching and we have filled our rooms and are
looking forward to another successful event.
