[Board] TEP Strategic Plan Work Session Scheduling Poll

Hello all,

At the last TEP Board meeting I said that I'd send out a poll to schedule
our next (and potentially last) strategic plan work session.  I'm hopeful
that we can have a solid draft prior to the next TEP Board meeting on
Thursday, October 17.
