[Eg-newdevs] A good bug for learning about Angular translations

Hi new devs,

I reported the issue we saw earlier today of the missing i18n
directives in the angular templates:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1840990

This might be a good bug for somebody who wants to learn more about
the Angular client or translating Evergreen.  I'm happy to answer any
questions that come up.
