[Eg-newdevs] z39.50 bug - ready for testing again

Hi everybody!

Thanks again to Bill for walking us through the z39.50 bug we've been
working on - I've applied his changes to my test server and it looks good
to me, but more testing is welcome if you want to test there or on your own
server:

I've updated the bug with the latest code and a pullrequest:

Phew, it feels good to get past that one!
