[Eg-newdevs] Holds Pull List Patch - Testing Available Now

FYI, I tried reinstalling the Holds Pull List patch again and this time I
got it applied correctly and the Pickup Library and Shelving Locations
combo boxes are now appearing as expected (since we can't do normal grid
filters on this screen).

I think perhaps I needed to run autogen.sh to get them to appear, which I
had neglected to do yesterday.

Anyway, I have it loaded onto https://terran-main.gapines.org/eg/staff
(loaded with Concerto data) if you want to test it out! I'll be doing some
testing myself as well.
