I am in favor of mentioning the license (although it should be "GNU GPL
v2 or later", not just "GNU GPL v2") and our membership in the SFC.  I
am not sure about dropping the IMLS line.  I suspect, but don't know,
that the project was obligated to include that line as one of the
conditions of the grant, and of course, at least some ongoing work on
Evergreen continues to be funded from LSTA grant money.  Is anybody here
able to comment authoritatively on what the IMLS would require?
