Sure thing, the agenda is just a draft and your suggestions (and
anyone else's) are welcome. However, to make it an efficient
discussion, would it be possible to have the wording of the motion
well in advance of the meeting? It sounds like the sort of motion on
which one wouldn't want to make a snap judgement.
