Our Rules of Governance

don't actually define any term lengths - so I endorse Galen's idea of
leaving it indefinite for now.

We can simply and honestly say that, as a relatively new group, we're
still working through these issues and that the elections are just one
step towards a better definition of our roles on the Oversight Board.

And then we add it to the list of agenda items to work on in the coming
year :)
