Subject: [Eg-oversight-board] revised EG2013 conference budget & more

Hi all,

I'm attaching an updated budget summary for EG2013. Compared to the previously approved version, this one reflects the finalized sponsorship guidelines/projections, new SFC fees and updated registration fees.
Our plan is to keep the oversight committee updated with regular (bi-monthly) budget summaries, seeking approval for changes only if the overall budget would be significantly impacted. My understanding is that the committee has discussed this approach previously.

If there are no major objections, we hope to open registration as EG2012 wraps up. Please note that the EG2013 website has launched at: http://eg2013.evergreen-ils.org/ - we will draw attention to it tomorrow. Also note that the BC Libraries Cooperative will be sponsoring EG2013 at the Platinum Level.
