There hasn't quite been a quorum on this, but since I haven't heard any 
objection, I'll fearlessly proceed with setting up the 
eg2013.evergreen-ils.org DNS entry for the Vancouver conference. :)

I suppose a possible agenda item for the next meeting might be formally 
delegating this sort of task to the communications committee.
