Hello everyone,

I just wanted to draw your attention to the schedule for the 2012 EG International Conference which includes a blocked off time slot for the Evergreen International Governance Board to meet from 4:00-4:30pm on Thursday:

My impression was that only the current board members would be meeting so the room set aside for this meeting is a small conference room and it will be set up boardroom style to accommodate a maximum of 30. We can schedule that meeting in a larger room so that all attendees have the opportunity to attend. Please let me know if this is preferable.

Also, there is time set aside on Saturday when all attendees will be in the same room and 9-9:30 has been set aside for updates from the EG Governance Board so membership-wide elections could also be done on Saturday.

We will not have a majority attending the meeting, so I think it wise to postpone.   I will propose alternate meeting dates a bit later. 

PLEASE NOTE that Bradley has asked us to vote on an issue today. Please see his email from 10:40am titled "Suggested motion for GPLS Enforcement for Evergreen Oversight Board".

I could make it, or we could reschedule. Tomorrow would work but Thursday and Friday are full of nonpostponeable (is that a word?) items.

 I really need to know when we plan to meet at the Conference, and if there is going to be a general meeting with the membership and the Oversight Board together, say for elections. I need to book my flight and,  as I mentioned, I have a conflict for Saturday PM and was hoping to be able to leave Friday late afternoon.

Do we have any info on this yet??

I'm not good for today, but would generally prefer more time to mull over and discuss agenda items anyway rather than trying to come up with opinions on the spot during the meeting.
