[Eg-oversight-board] Oversight Board Discussion List - Decision Needed

Hi Elizabeth,

I agree with Kathy and Galen.  Any chance to reinstate the people who were
removed from the list?  That might be the best next step since this was not
an attempt to keep our activities secret, simply undoing the damage seems
reasonable.
