[Eg-oversight-board] EG Conference: Site Selection Committee Info

Hey, Evergreen Oversight Board, it's great to see that you're moving
forward well ahead of schedule on details of Evergreen 2014.

While Conservancy doesn't need a voice to interfere with site selection,
would it be possible for Conservancy to attend your deliberation
meetings about the conference?  We'd like to be involved to spot any
issues or concerns that come up, and discuss a few ideas with the
committee about potential options for conference organizing that didn't
exist when we planned the 2012 and 2013 ones.  We've done the same with
other of our project's conference planning sub-committees to positive
effect, and we'd like to do it here as well.

Would that be possible?  If so, can Tony be added to the committee list?
