[Eg-oversight-board] Conference website and branding

HI All,

The Conference committee added the logo and the footer, per my request.

See  http://eg2013.evergreen-ils.org/

It strikes me as not quite right.  Mostly because the Evergreen logo is
listed among the sponsors.  But I wanted to run it by everyone else to see
if you thought we should say something or if you think that's fine.  If it
isn't fine....we probably need to be more explicit in the branding policy
I've submitted for our review.
