[Eg-oversight-board] Evergreen trademark policy

Galen,

I think the intention was for GPLS to remove that page as soon as we had
whatever we needed from it....including the description of the colors and
the graphics files they made available.  I have told Elizabeth that we have
what we need and so they are free to get rid of that page.

It's really just a matter now of whether we want to add the additional
language about which pantone colors are to be used and if we want to link
files people can use to that page.
