To formalize this, four board members gave a +1 explicitly, and Kathy also
gave a +1 implicitly (as initiator of the proposal to clarify the wording)
and in a private chat with me.  As 13 days have passed and no opposition
has been expressed, I am considering the proposal to be adopted.
