[Eg-oversight-board] Next board meeting

Hi,

The next EOB meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 19 September.  However, it
appears that at least two board members will be at the Evergreen Hackaway
that day.  I would to get the sense of the Board about rescheduling the
meeting, so here's a Doodle poll:
