[Eg-oversight-board] Next board meeting

Galen,

I was actually looking forward to being in the same room with other board members at the Dev hack-a-way. Then again, but this is my first time participating and I can see it is best that I don't mix an EOB meeting with this event.

In the meantime I updated the poll.
