- Follow-up from the resource allocator summit
- Evergreen 2014 conference update
- Evergreen 2015 conference update
- Merchandising committee update
- Election of EOB positions
  * Chair
  * Vice-chair
  * Secretary
  * Representative to Conservancy

It should be noted that the terms of the current board members
continues through the end of the Evergreen conference; the term of the
incoming members begins after the conference has ended.
