[Eg-oversight-board] EOB meeting schedule

The schedule still works for me too.

Also, I currently have a Google calendar that Galen created in my and other's calendar. Should I create a new one moving forward so he does not have the entry in his calendar? Should we put a copy on the public community calendar? It appears other IRC meetings are added to the community calendar.
